THE BIBLE VERSION OF LIFE

Father God, we thank you for the Word. Holy Spirit, we invite you, may You open up the eyes of our understanding as we read the Word and consecrate our hearts for Your glory in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD. Isaiah chapter 7 begins with the King Ahaz in fear of a war that was about to befall him and his kingdom as King of Judah (Isaiah 7:1). The LORD then sends the prophet Isaiah to speak to King Ahaz and re assure him that his enemies would not prevail against him.

Father God, thank you for this is the day that You have made and we shall be glad and rejoice in it. Thank you for today's Word and we ask for open hearts and minds to both hear and obey Your Word in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD. Isaiah chapter 6 shows us the genesis of Isaiah's calling as a prophet. In Isaiah 1:3, we see Isaiah coming to witness and experience the presence of the LORD. In Isaiah 1:5, the first thing that comes to him is the uncleanness of his lips

Father God, thank you for Your Word, We thank you for the entrance of Your Word brings light. May Your light radiate upon our lives and continue to direct our paths in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD. This chapter, almost similar to the previous chapter, is about the LORD beaconing to His people through the prophet Isaiah to turn from their wayward behaviour. In the previous chapter, we saw how the LORD God is not against wealth like the silver and gold of this world

Praise be to God, for His mercy and love endures forever! Father, thank you for Your never ending love towards us. Today, I join my faith with every reader and we welcome Your presence in our hearts, homes and every space that we occupy as we meditate on Your Word in today's devotional in the name of Jesus. May our hearts, spirits, souls and bodies be fed and enlightened by Your Word because Your Word is bread and life to all who find it in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you
